Your partnership transforms conservation into compassion. Every pound you process becomes high-protein nutrition for Michigan residents who need it most.
MSAH reimburses processors directly for every pound of venison processed and donated through the program.
Reimbursement Details:
- Rates are established annually based on available funding.
- Payments are made promptly to participating processors.
- MSAH receives no state or license-fund support — all reimbursement funding comes from charitable donations.
Less than 5% of total funds are used for administrative expenses such as printing, postage, and hosting. All MSAH directors and volunteers serve without compensation — ensuring every dollar possible goes back into the program.
